Otero, a single person, as Trustor on August 3, 2000, in which First Union National Bank of Delaware, was named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on August 4, 2000 as Instrument No. 200006316 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor may make payment to First Union National Bank of Delaware of the amount needed to bring this obligation current. Trustor may reinstate after acceleration and may bring a court action to assert the non - existence of the default or any other defense he may have to the acceleration and sale.
