<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />TI IAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Mauricio A. Gonzalez and Carmen
<br />Gonzalez, trustors, to Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and Farmers State Dank of
<br />Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded October 23, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of "Y-
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200110741 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
