<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among KEITH R
<br />KESTER, an unmarried person, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of
<br />Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building- & Loan Association as Beneficiary, dated July 2,
<br />1999, and recorded on July 2, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 106722 has been paid; and c
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK TWELVE (12), GILBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
