<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, C�
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2001, June 21, 2001, and October 31, 2000, and
<br />executed by JOHN D. PEDROSA AND LINDA K. PEDROKSA, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was C
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on January 8, 2002,
<br />June 27, 2001, and November 13, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200200219, 0200106200, and
<br />0200009862, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The South 56.8 Feet of the North 160 Feet of the West 1/2 of Block 2, Pleasant Home
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of April, 2002.
