<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1998 executed by Paul Crow and Carol Crow,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as o
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Document #98- 105846, on the 17th day of June, 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
