To act concerning governmental Programs. To act with respect to all Federal, State and local governmental programs, including but not limited to all United States Department of Agriculture programs administered through the County Consolidated Farm Services Agency Offices and /or Committees which are, or may become, applicable or available for any property covered by this power of attorney. The undersigned gives and grants to my attorney full authority and power to do an perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and advisable to be done under said programs including, without limitation, applying for or terminating participation in such programs, and to make and deliver any necessary Farm Service Agency reports with respect to said property and to have access to County Farm Service Agency records necessary to complete farm transactions with offices of the Soil Conservation Service, Natural Resource Districts, and any other public govern- mental bodies or entities. 18. To transfer assets in trust. Should there be a revocable inter -vivos trust created by me in existence at any time during the effective period of this Durable Power of Attorney, my attorney may transfer any assets subject to the powers granted herein to the trustee of such trust. All assets so transferred shall be administered and distributed in accordance with the terms of the document, together with any amendments thereto, by which such trust was created. 19. To act in regard to my safe deposit box. To open and enter into any safe deposit box which I may own or rent and to remove therefrom, or place therein any property owned by me including, but not limited to, certificates of deposit, securities, evidences of indebtedness and insurance policies; and to enter into safe deposit contracts, extend any existing contracts for addi- tional periods of time, or terminate such contracts. These same powers shall apply to any safe deposit box of which I am a signatory. 20. To act as Conservator and my nomination of Guardian. To have first priority to act as my conservator or,.if impractical to do so, to nominate any other person or persons or corporation to serve as conservator of my assets and estate. Any nomination made by my attorney shall be made with the same priority as a nomination made by me.
