<br />NW corner of said NW' /4 of Section 33, thence continuing southerly
<br />parallel to the Westerly line of said NW '/ of Section 33 for a distance of
<br />145.00 feet; thence deflecting left 90 degrees 00' and in an Easterly
<br />direction 140.00 feet; thence in a Northerly direction and parallel to the
<br />Westerly line of said NW' /4 of Section 33 a distance of 145.00 feet, thence
<br />deflecting left 90 degrees 00' and in a Westerly direction a distance of
<br />140.00 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
