WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 4, 2001, executed by Trisha A. Rutz and Warren N. Rutz Trustor(s) for
<br />the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration,Systems, Inc., filed April 5,
<br />2001 as Inst. No. 0200102898 in the office of the register of deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
