<br />hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the
<br />amount of $85,000.00, the Lease dated NOVEMBER 30, 1999, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC is the Lessor
<br />and Assignor as the Lessees, pertaining to the following described premises:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), having a lake front footage of 75 feet, situated on the East
<br />Side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known
<br />as Kuesters Lake #68, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $85,000.00, with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
