The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents, to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA (Secured Party) by CHESTER CASTOR and DONNA
<br />CASTOR, of a Lease dated November 30,1999, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor
<br />and Chester Castor and Donna Castor are the Lessees, such lease commenced November
<br />30, 1999, and terminates November 29, 2034, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), having a lake front footage of 75 Feet, situated on the East
<br />side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (El /2.SWl /4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, commonly known as Kuester Lake #68, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said
<br />Debtor to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />-rx.AN'D, NEBRASKA (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a Note ir. the
<br />amount of EIGHTY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($85,000.00) and a Financing Statement
<br />or mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
