Meyers <br />129 Monument Road <br />Doniphan NE 68832 <br />200203657 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1007, Statutes of Nebraska, the Trustee gave written <br />notice of the time and place of sale particularly describing the property to be sold by publication of such <br />notice, commencing on February 15, 2002 and continuing once each week for five (5) consecutive <br />weeks, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days prior to the date <br />of such sale, in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, which notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and <br />. WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 21st day of <br />February, 2002, the Trustee mailed, by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of the notice of the <br />time and place of sale, addressed to the following interested parties, to -wit: <br />John C. Meyers <br />129 Monument Road <br />Doniphan NE 68832 <br />which mailing of notice fully complied with the requirements of said statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 28th day of March, <br />2002 at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend R. Baack, <br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to Associates Financial Services Company <br />of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), being the highest bidder, for the sum of <br />$92,900.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $92,900.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Associates <br />Financial Services Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot 9, Amick Acres Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Associates Financial Services <br />Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), its heirs and assigns forever. <br />
