DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />S <br />S <br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, <br />hereinafter called the Trust Deed, executed by TERESA K. LUTHER AND <br />ARTHUR R. LANGVARDT, WIFE AND HUSBAND, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State <br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State <br />Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary names therein, dated on OCTOBER 16, <br />1995 and recorded on OCTOBER 24, 1995 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, INST 95- 107224, has been paid, and said <br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with <br />the request of the Beneficiary names in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, <br />as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey <br />to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the <br />following- described real property (as defined in Neb.
