Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust DANIEL E ELLIS AND DONNA W
<br />ELLIS HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 21, 2001 and recorded OCTOBER 3, 2001 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />0200110013 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
