<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 30, 1992, wherein Gerald R. Shaw and Cheryl A. Shaw, Husband and Wife, were the
<br />Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, °
<br />Nebraska, on October 1, 1992, as Document No. 92- 108531 of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Record Books, which contains as trust property, the following- described real estate:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), in Block One (1), in Fifth Addition to Cairo, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Gerald R. Shaw and
<br />Cheryl A. Shaw, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest
<br />due in respect to the Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated September
<br />30, 1992, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association
<br />of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
