<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by GRAND ISLAND ANIMAL MEDICAL CLINIC, INC., and First Nebraska Bank, the
<br />Trustee and the Beneficiary, dated MARCH 31, 1997, and recorded APRIL 2, 1997,
<br />referenced as Document No. 97- 102374, at the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described premises but only as to such premises:
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6d'
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point 33.0 feet west and 659.13 feet north of the southeast corner of said Southeast
<br />Quarter; thence running northerly on a line 3 3. 0 feet west of and parallel to the east line
<br />of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 208.71 feet; thence running westerly and parallel
<br />to the south line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 208.71 feet; thence running
<br />southerly and parallel to the east line of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 208.71 feet;
<br />thence running easterly and parallel to the south line of said Southeast Quarter a distance
<br />of 208.71 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
