<br />s Acknowledgement executed by K -M Partnership, A Nebraska Partnership, Trustor to
<br />(QQ AREND R. BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK
<br />NEBRASKA, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY CONSOLIDATION TO THE
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated November 20, 1992 and recorded November 23, 1992, as Instrument 92-
<br />110148 in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot 1, in Medical Park Third Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
