<br />Trust, of which this Preface is a part, in respect to that real estate described as:

<br />Quarter (NEl /4) of Section Six (6), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M..
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Reginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NWl /4); thence running easterly, along
