<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, T & E Cattle Company, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated March 14,
<br />2001, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State
<br />of Nebraska, on March 26, 2001 as Instrument No. 200102453 of the records in said office
<br />conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the payment of the
<br />indebtedness mentioned therein;
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have
<br />been partially satisfied.
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of
<br />Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of- - $1.00- -
<br />Dollar to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do
<br />hereby remise, release and quit -claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and
<br />unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and
