GIAET #2, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, <br />pursuant to the terms and conditions of a certain Real Property <br />Exchange Agreement between Grantor and Grantee dated April 6, <br />2001 conveys to GRANTEE, BIG B, INC., a Nebraska corporation, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV.
