<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 13, 2002, executed by Reynolds and Ziska, Inc.,
<br />A Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as ^ ,�
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200201864 in the Register IQ
<br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of February, 2002.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWO (2), IN WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 13, 2002, recorded as
<br />Document #0200201864 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
