LEO N. RAYBURN and YOLANDA L. RAYBURN, Husband and Wife, GRANTORS, <br />in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and Love and Affection, do grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto to LEO N. RAYBURN and YOLANDA L.
