200203494 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />EDWIN R. BEHRENDSEN and ROGENE A. BEHRENDSEN, Husband and <br />Wife, and DARWYN D. BUETTNER and BARBARA E. BUETTNER, Husband and <br />Wife, Grantors, in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Twenty <br />Thousand Dollars ($320,000.00), receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, convey to HARLON L. KENYON and CAROL L. KENYON, <br />Husband and Wife, as tenants in common, Grantees, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
