<br />NOTICE is hereby given this 4911 day of March, 2002, to Joseph L. Parrella and Shirley
<br />J. Parrella, Husband and Wife, Trustor, by Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, \5.\ successor by merger /acquisition to The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, Trustee, on behalf of NIIN
<br />Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, successor by merger/acquisition to The Overland c
<br />National Bank of Grand Island, Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Trustor
<br />on or about July 2, 1999, and recorded on July 12, 1999, as Document No. 99- 106965 in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, covering real property described therein as follows:
<br />Lot 6, Meadowlark Estates Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />1. That a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed has
<br />occurred, in that Trustor, as borrower, has failed to pay that certain Promissory Note dated July 2,
<br />1999 in the face amount of $175,000.00, when due, and that there remains due and owing for the
<br />months of January, February and March, 2002, the sum of $6,615.60, including principal, interest
<br />and late charges, as of March 26, 2002, with interest continuing to accrue thereafter at the rate of
<br />$30.32 per diem;
<br />That in order to cure said breach, Trustor must pay the past due principal and accrued
<br />interest as set forth above;
<br />3. That said breach must be cured within thirty-one (3 1) calendar days from the date of
<br />this Notice, and no other breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as
<br />security shall have occurred and remain uncured; and
<br />4. That in the event Trustor fails to cure said breach as provided above, the Trustee has
<br />elected to accelerate all sums secured by the Deed of Trust that are not yet due, if any, and to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations of Trustor thereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Trustee has executed this instrument the day and year first
<br />above written.
