(MD), <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on February 16, 2001 in Instrument <br />No. 0200101206, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on November 14, 2001 through March 14, 2002, <br />together with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has <br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and <br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to <br />satisfy said obligation. <br />_" <br />Dated this -) " 'day of March, 2002. <br />Micha .
