Each undersigned Borrower does hereby state that no <br />part of Borrower's homestead is presently or in the future will <br />be situated upon the real estate described in the Trust Deed. <br />Each undersigned Borrower understands this to mean that whether <br />or not each undersigned Borrower is presently residing upon the <br />real estate described in the Trust Deed and whether or not each <br />undersigned Borrower hereafter establishes residence and a <br />homestead upon any part of that real estate during the time that <br />the Trust Deed remains unsatisfied and a lien upon the real <br />estate, EACH UNDERSIGNED BORROWER SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO MAKE A <br />DESIGNATION OF HOMESTEAD in the event of Trustee's sale under the <br />power of sale contained in the Trust Deed. <br />5.
