<br />HELEN CARMIN and THOMAS CARMIN, wife and husband, for and in
<br />consideration of ONE HUNDRED FORTY -SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED

<br />GRANTEES, HAROLD LANGENHEDER and DELORES LANGENHEDER, husband and
<br />wife, as tenants in common, convey to GRANTEES, the following -de-
<br />scribed real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) situ-
<br />ated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N'SWq) of
<br />Section Twenty -Two (22) in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Deed recorded in Book D, Page 144.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one)
<br />with GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
