<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated OCTOBER 27, 2000 and recorded OCTOBER 27.2000
<br />as Document 200009338, in the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />THE SOUTHERLY EIGHTY -TWO (82) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8) BLOCK EIGHT (8) IN THE
<br />ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
