Blackburn, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State <br />Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated July 28, <br />1987, executed by LARRY B. DAVIS, A Single Person, as Trustor, in <br />which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was <br />recorded as Document No. 87- 104704, in the Register of Deeds Office <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10th day of August, 1987, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Five Points Bank <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real <br />estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot One (1), in Lake Davis Acres Second Subdivision, in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the <br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does <br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 31st day of July, <br />1991. <br />WILLIAM G.
