<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a Bell Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Lary A Myers and
<br />Teresa R Myers, Husband and Wife,to Centris Federal Credit Union f/k/a Bell Federal Credit Union for
<br />the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union f/k/a Bell Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated 05/21/1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Instrument 99- 105455, has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
