<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM G. WEINRICH, A SINGLE PERSON AND KIMBERLY A. PENSICK, A
<br />SINGLE PERSON was /were the original Trustor(s), AREND R. BAACK was the original
<br />Trustee, and HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND was the
<br />original Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated November 17, 1989 and
<br />recorded on November 20, 1989, as Instrument Number 89- 106336, of Official
<br />Records of HALL County, Nebraska, and covering the following described property:
<br />SEE ATTACHED LEGAL DESCRIPTION
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the present Beneficiary under said
<br />Deed of Trust, and said Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under
<br />said Deed of Trust in the place and stead of said original Trustee thereunder.
<br />AND WHEREAS, the original Trustee has been notified or was attempted to be
<br />notified of the Substitution.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes R. KENT RADKE, whose
<br />home office address is 140 NORTH 8TH ST., SUITE 250, LINCOLN, NE 68508, as
<br />Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
