<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by THOMAS D.
<br />HOHNBAUM AND PAMELA HOHNBAUM, HUSBAND AND WIFE to FIDELITY
<br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of JEFFREY
<br />OAKS, INC. , the beneficiary named therein, dated May 7, 2001 and recorded May 11, 2001
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200104362,
<br />and has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
