<br />You are hereby notified that Talana D. Malone and Carl L. Hines, both as unmarried individuals, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about May 20, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Conuttercial Federal Bank, a Federal
<br />Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real

<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 21, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99 -1 05230.
<br />On or about May 20, 1999, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was
<br />recorded May 21, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />99- 105231.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the TrUSlors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the'l'rtistee has elected to Sell of cau�c
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
