<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Robert B Stoltenberg and Joanna
<br />L Stoltenberg husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />, the Beneficiary named therein dated August 21, 2001
<br />and recorded August 22, 2001 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE , in
<br />Book at Page 200108455 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
