<br />of the 6`" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly described as
<br />Brown Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska recorded as Document No. 99- 107019. AND
<br />PARCEL 2: "Ihe Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty Six (36), in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 °i P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract
<br />therefrom as recorded in Quit Claim Deed in Book 79, Page 608 in the Register of Deeds Office
<br />and Excepting a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Warranty Deed in Book 119, Page 147, in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office, and also Excepting a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Quit

<br />conditioned for and to secure the payment of the sums shown on the NOTES, which the
<br />mortgages/Deeds of Trust were recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County
<br />on March 6, 1991 as Document No. 91- 101239 and re- recorded Much 30, 1991 as Document
<br />No. 91- 101560; recorded on December 30, 1993 as Document No. 93-111212; and recorded
<br />March 21, 2001 as Document No. 200102240.
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors /Trustors, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or
<br />securing certain debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a mortgage /deed of trust upon the real
<br />estate to Security First Life insurance Company conditioned for the payment of the sum of
<br />Five Hundred Fifty Thousand & 00/ 00------------------------------- --------- - - - - -- ($ 550,000.00 ), to
<br />be a first mortgage /deed of trust uppon the premises, recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as
