<br />conditioned for and to secure the payment of the sums shown on the NOTES, which the
<br />mortgages/Deeds of Trust were recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County

<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors /Trustors, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or
<br />securing certain debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a mortgage /deed of trust upon the real
<br />estate to Security First Life insurance Company conditioned for the payment of the sum of
