Y, <br />Q <br />T <br />nrn �S <br />._� <br />CD <br />f=m9 2 N �� N c m o m <br />=3 <br />-C U <br />T 2 <br />2 M N Ci <br />m y; 3 a m O C <br />w m <br />o <br />CD ti co 0 <br />PREFACE TO DEED OF TRUST 200203199 <br />(Waiver) <br />The undersigned Tmstor, being the same Trustor about to execute the Deed of U/ <br />Trust, of which this Preface is a part, in respect to that real estate described as: <br />The Northwest Quarter of Section One, and the North Half of the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, both Section Two, all in Township Ten North, Range Eleven West of <br />the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly <br />described as Brown Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska recorded as Document No. 99- 107019. <br />The Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty-six, in Township Eleven North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth <br />Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Quit <br />Claim Deed in Book 79, Page 608 in the Register of Deeds Office; AND EXCEPTING a certain tract <br />therefrom as recorded in Warranty Deed in Book 119, Page 147, in the Register of Deeds Office; AND <br />ALSO EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Quit Claim Deed in Book 150, Page 403 in <br />the Register of Deeds Office. <br />hereby acknowledges: <br />TRUSTOR UNDERSTANDS THAT SUCH TRUSTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO MAKE <br />A DESIGNATION OF HOMESTEAD IN THE DEED OF TRUST BUT HEREBY <br />WAIVES THE SAME, UNDERSTANDING THAT THE EXECUTION OF THIS <br />WAIVER CONSTITUTES THE WAIVER OF RIGHTS AVAILABLE FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF AFFORDING THE TRUSTOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETAIN HIS <br />OR HER HOMESTEAD IN THE EVENT OF A DEFAULT UPON SUCH DEED OF <br />TRUST. <br />Dated this 18th day of March, 2002 <br />We hereby acknowledge receipt of a copy of this instrument. <br />David R.
