HIKE/BIKE PATH EASEMENT <br />- <br />v <br />C� n <br />o <br />o rr <br />co <br />rn <br />7 <br />cTl <br />a A w <br />v <br />n <br />Q <br />z ,n a <br />a <br />d <br />M <br />a <br />N <br />Cl) <br />c ;CD <br />ert <br />co <br />C <br />� <br />F Z <br />° <br />I <br />HIKE/BIKE PATH EASEMENT <br />The undersigned, HALL COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 002, a body corporate and politic <br />and successor in interest to GRAND ISLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT 38, (Grantor), in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION paid, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation (Grantee), a permanent <br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, replace, repair, <br />and remove sidewalks and hike/bike paths on the following described tract of real estate: <br />Tract 1: <br />A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWI /4, <br />SE1 /4) of Section 14, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th. P.M., and <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northeast Comer of Lot 2, Block 1 of Dale Roush Second <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska, said point also <br />being the point of beginning; thence northerly along the east line of said Block 1 <br />of Dale Roush Second Subdivision also being the west line of SE 1/4 a distance of <br />1009.07 feet to a point on the north line of said SWIA, SEl /4; thence easterly <br />along said north line a distance of 50.00 feet; thence southerly along a line that is <br />parallel to the west line of said SE1/4 a distance of 1092.08 feet; thence westerly <br />along a line that is parallel to the north line of the SWl /4, SE1 /4 a distance of <br />50.00 feet to a point on the west line of said SEl /4; thence northerly along said <br />west line a distance of 83.00 feet to the point of beginning.
