Furlow, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as <br />Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, hereby grants and conveys to <br />GreenPoint Credit LLC, herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty <br />expressed or implied, all of the following- described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Yates Second Subdivision, in the <br />Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />subject to all taxes and assessments of record. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant in compliance with all the requirements of <br />sections 76 -1001 to 76- 1018R.R.S., as amended and to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by that Trust Deed dated the 2nd day of May, 1997, and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska on the 5h day of May, 1997, as document no. <br />97- 103411 of the mortgage records of said county, between Kevin Tunender and Debra <br />Tunender, husband and wife, as Trustors, Old Republic National Title Insurance <br />Company, Trustee and GreenPoint Credit LLC, as Beneficiary, wherein the Trustors <br />granted and conveyed to such Trustee, and upon the Successor Trustee, Donald G. <br />Furlow, on the Trusts therein expressed, the property hereinabove described to secure, <br />among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and interest described in said <br />Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions <br />specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and <br />default by the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set <br />forth in the Notice of Default filed by the Successor Trustee, which default continued until <br />the time at sale at which sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee <br />herein, following notice of sale as required by law. <br />
