<br />On or about June 2, 1999, North American Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Contimortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded
<br />December 15, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99-
<br />111814.
<br />On or about May 3, 1999, Contimortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company as Indenture, Trustee. The
