<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ��day
<br />of March, 2002, GMAC Mortgage
<br />Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation, as plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, against Edward J. Kuebler and Joyce E.
<br />Taylor, f/k/a Joyce E. Kuebler, a/k/a
<br />Joyce Eileen Kuebler, as defendants, the object and prayer of such Petition being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Edward J. Kuebler and Joyce E. Kuebler, then
<br />husband and wife, to Sandra M. Koenig, as Trustee for the benefit of North American Mortgage
<br />Company, Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the
<br />above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br />such deed of trust is dated October 6, 1997 and was recorded October 7, 1997, as Instrument No. 97-
<br />108356 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TWENTY NINE (29), IN CHARLES WASMER'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA;
<br />that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to Chase Mortgage Company by written
<br />assignment recorded on April 19, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 104038 of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by
<br />written assignment recorded on September 29, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200008070 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
