Kuebler and Joyce E. <br />Taylor, f/k/a Joyce E. Kuebler, a/k/a <br />Joyce Eileen Kuebler, as defendants, the object and prayer of such Petition being to obtain an <br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Edward J. Kuebler and Joyce E. Kuebler, then <br />husband and wife, to Sandra M.
