Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust JERRY L BADY AND SHARON M
<br />BADY HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated FEBRUARY 7, 2002 and recorded MARCH 4. 2002 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200202371
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be Q

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
