<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Two (2), George
<br />Loan's Subdivision and the Westerly Half of Vacated Poplar Street lying east of and
<br />adjacent to the east line of said Lot Eight (8), Block two (2), George Loan's Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.490 acres more or less.
