<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JAMES E
<br />CORNELIUS AND PATSY _A CORNELIUS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated SEPTEMBER 29
<br />2000 and recorded OCTOBER 5. 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200008261 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT TWO (2) IN BLOCK "B" OF BOEHM'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT SIXTEEN (16) OF
<br />THE COUNTY SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
<br />(S1 /2SE1 /4) OF SECTION SIXTEEN (16) AND PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
<br />THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NWl /4NE1 /4) OF SECTION TWENTY ONE (21) ALL IN
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
