<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KENNETH E ELDER AND MARY J ELDER, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MARCH 6, 1997 and recorded MARCH 7. 1997 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 97- 101640
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO releasing an Extension Agreement dated April 23, 1999 and
<br />recorded April 28, 1999 as Document # 99- 104309 AND one dated August 30, 2001 and recorded
<br />September 14, 2001 as Document # 0200109339;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT THREE (3), IN SUNSET SIXTH SUBDIVISION, BEING A TRACT COMPRISING PART
<br />OF LOT ONE (1), SUNSET SUBDIVISION, AND A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
<br />(NE 1/4) OF SECTION ELEVEN (11), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10)
<br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
