WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 26, 1998, executed by Pilar RamosTrustor(s) for the benefit of TMS
<br />Mortgage, Inc., d /b /a The Money Store, now known as HomEq servicing
<br />Corporation, filed January 12, 1999 as Inst. No. 99- 100371, in the office of
<br />the register of deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
