200202982 <br />1311:110181 1 <br />The Central Platte Natural Resource District, its agents, employees and <br />contractors are hereby prohibited from using the driveway during <br />construction. The driveway enters the farmstead directly in front of her house, <br />which, if used by persons, vehicles and equipment other than her invitees, <br />causes her great distress. Access to the easement area and construction site <br />should be readily available from the county road. <br />2. That the Central Platte Natural Resource District will maintain the side slopes <br />and levee area by proper seeding back to natural grasses, spraying weeds and <br />mowing from time to time to avoid vegetation exceeding 24 inches in height. <br />3. The Central Platte Natural Resource District agrees to install and maintain <br />tight fencing on the west and south sides of the permanent easement as well as <br />installing and maintaining cross fencing at two locations, namely the east <br />boundary fence and the fence separating the pasture from cultivated ground. <br />The cross fencing shall consist of four strands of barbed wire built and <br />maintained by the Central Platte Natural Resource District specifications for <br />animal -tight fences through and across water drainways. <br />
