ADDEDUM 200202980 <br />1. Grantee shall construct and maintain a 24 -foot wide channel crossing near Station <br />N75f00 as shown on the cross section drawing attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />and the easement plat attached hereto as Exhibit `W'. The rock crossing shall be <br />constructed with varying sizes of free draining crushed rock aggregate, I8 inches <br />thick, sufficiently packed and maintained to permit motor vehicles, tractors and <br />farm machinery to cross the drainway. Said construction shall be done and <br />continuously maintained to the satisfaction of the Grantors and their farm tenants. <br />2. The Central Platte Natural Resource District will maintain the side slopes and <br />levee area by proper seeding back to native grass, spraying weeds and mowing <br />from time to time to avoid vegetation exceeding 24 inches in height. <br />3. To install and maintain cross fencing at three locations, namely the east boundary <br />fence, the west boundary fence and the fence separating the pasture from <br />cultivated ground. The cross fencing shall consist of four strands of barbed wire <br />built and maintained by the Central Platte Natural Resource District specifications <br />for animal -tight fences and across water drainways. <br />4. To install two steel swinging gates separating the pasture from the cultivated <br />ground, one gate to be situated north of the permanent easement and the other <br />gate to be situated south of the permanent easement at such locations to the <br />satisfaction of the Grantors and their farm tenant. The width of the gates shall be <br />such as to permit the farm tenant to transport their farm machinery from pasture to <br />pasture to the cultivated ground on both sides of the water drainway and vice <br />versa. <br />
