That pursuant to paragraph 18. of that certain <br />Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate dated January 6, <br />1995 between Affiants as Sellers and Gary R. Mettenbrink and <br />Roxanne Mettenbrink, husband and wife, as Buyers, Affiants <br />granted to Buyers an option to purchase all of Affiants' interest <br />in the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1) Wenzl Second Subdivision, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That said option period granted to Buyers was for a <br />period of sixty (60) months commencing on July 28, 1995 and <br />ending on June 28, 2000. <br />3. That Buyers failed to exercise their option to purchase <br />all of Affiants' interest in Lot One (1) Wenzl Second <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska during the option period and <br />that this option thereafter terminated by its terms and is, <br />therefore, of no further force or effect whatsoever. <br />Affiants further saith not. <br />1ti , �.'
