Notice of Commencement <br />1. The real estate being or intended to be improved or directly benefited is <br />S 1/2 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TWN 12N, RANGE 12W OF THE 6TH PM, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA (SEE EXHIBIT "A ") <br />2. a. The contracting owner is: KEVIN STANGE AND CHERYL STANGE <br />b. The address of contracting owner is: 16323 W ABBOTT ROAD, CAIRO, NE 68824 <br />c. The interest of contracting owner in the real estate is: 100% <br />d. The name and address of the fee simple title holder, if other than the contracting <br />owner, is: <br />3. If, after this notice of commencement is recorded, a lien is recorded as to an <br />improvement covered by this notice of commencement, the lien has priority from the <br />time this notice of commencement is recorded. <br />4. The duration of this notice of Commencement is 12 MONTHS <br />(may not be less than six months from time of recording). <br />5.
