<br />reconveys to CHARLES H. WELLENSIEK and MARY K WELLENSIEK, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in HALL County, Nebraska:
<br />The East Twenty -Five Feet (E25') of Lot Four (4) and the South One Hundred Ninety-Three Feet
<br />(S 193) of Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Ingalls -Turner Subdivision, in the Village of Cairo, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska Excepting a certain tract more particularly described as in Joint Tenancy
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 82- 003641.
<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 95- 107378, on October 31, 1995, pursuant to
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
