<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 11, 1999 executed by Eulen C Whitten and Mary K
<br />Whitten, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #99- 105090, on the 17th day of May, 1999, and a
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1 14) OF SECTION THIRTY -TWO (32),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION THIRTY -TWO (32);
<br />THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY(570) FEET TO A
<br />POINT, THENCE NORTHERLY THREE HUNDRED FORTY -TWO AND EIGHT TENTHS (342.8) FEET PARALLEL TO
<br />THE WEST SECTION LINE OF SECTION THIRTY -TWO (32); THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE
<br />SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN AND TWO TENTHS (197.2) FEET TO A POINT
<br />THENCE RIGHT 90 °00' EIGHTY (80.0) FEET TO A POINT; THENCE LEFT 800 ONE HUNDRED TWELVE (112) FEET
<br />TO A POINT; THENCE LEFT 37 °46' THREE HUNDRED SIX AND SIX TENTHS (306.6) FEET TO A POINT THAT IS IN
<br />THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION; THENCE LEFT 64 °30' THREE HUNDRED TEN (310.0) FEET TO A POINT
<br />WHICH IS THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT A TRACT
<br />OF LAND DEEDED TO THE STATE OF NEBRASKA WHICH DEED IS RECORDED IN BOOK 135, PAGE 191 OF
<br />RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
